Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and offered us some good suggestions on places to go. We ended up visiting the different small towns in the area, and in that regard, you couldn't lose. This hotel was close to everything. The room was clean as well. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel.
Cons (-) The beds were fine, but the pillows were terrible. For some reason they were super inflated and as you slept they would shrink down by a lot. Pros (+) I liked the location. We liked the room and cleanliness. The front desk offers if you forgot a bathroom item they give you a replacement for free. The room had a fridge TV and DVD player. They have a nice Indian restaurant to eat at.
Cons (-) Lots of children running around very loud. They didn't have any lady products at the front desk, so we had to drive to the store. The door lock was broken and was difficult to open and close without it beeping loudly. The bathroom in room #117 had tile that was unfinished and jagged. We wanted to upgrade to a room with a fireplace but the fireplaces don't work we were told.
