Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the convenient location, quiet atmosphere, and shuttle service to the airport. However, many expressed disappointment with the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel, citing issues with hot water, broken amenities like the hot tub and elevators, and inconsistent housekeeping. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly and others as poorly trained or unresponsive. The lack of complimentary breakfast and the high price of restaurant items were also common complaints. Overall, while some found the hotel functional for short stays, many felt it did not meet expectations for the price or Hilton standards.
