Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to public transport, the town center, and local venues. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests noting that nothing was too much trouble. However, many reviews mention significant noise issues, particularly from the nightclub and street, which often disrupt sleep. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with reports of dirty carpets, mould, and lack of maintenance. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others disappointed by the limited options and quality. Despite these drawbacks, the value for money and welcoming service stand out as positives.

Very good
Gary, Apr 2019
Pros (+) The location was ideal for getting around Leamington Spa. The restaurant next door was convenient.
Cons (-) Without a lift, it made getting (heavy) luggage up and down the stairs challenging. While the facilities were simple as expected, the floor in the bathroom has a worrisome “soft spot” near the toilet.
