Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and the comfort of the beds, with several mentioning spacious and well-kept rooms. However, many reviews highlighted poor customer service, citing issues such as unresponsive staff, lack of overnight reception, and problems with communication. Noise disturbances, especially in the mornings or from malfunctioning equipment, were also a common complaint. While some guests enjoyed the amenities and found the hotel to be a good value, others were disappointed by service lapses and occasional maintenance issues.
