Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, close to the city center, hospital, airport, and local amenities. Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several positive mentions of accommodating service at reception and in the restaurant. However, noise from nearby roads and thin walls was a common complaint, as was inconsistency in cleanliness and maintenance, such as issues with heating, hot water, and outdated facilities. Bed comfort and room cleanliness received mixed feedback, but overall, the positive service and location stood out.
