Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the service staff, especially valet and bellhop teams. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and lingering odors, and discomfort with hard or old mattresses. Some guests also noted problems with smoking in public areas and crowded amenities. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.

Our room was not as clean as I am use to from Aquarius. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. The bathtub hardware had so much corrosion that it had pieces missing. The drain didn't drain properly. The sheets had hair and debris on it. The wall by the bed looked like someone took poop and smeared it on the wall. Disappointing for what we paid. We paid $145 for 1 night.

Wonderful

Kat, Dec 2021

Okay so I liked the stay at the Aquarius. The rooms were clean that is always a bonus and I had a look out into the city which was pretty cool maybe next time we stay it will be of the river. Staff was very friendly. Honestly I preferred my stay here out of all the other stay maybe the only thing that would have been better was the internet when I came in for the night I just didn't see paying ext...

Pros (+) Entire casino had sanitizers n signs thru out. Intercom announcement to visitors over precautionary due to covid19. Visit two other casinos n very disappointed. Hi five to Aquarius!

Cons (-) Room had a couple of flaws. TV remote n dripping shower faucet, faucet knob went out n replace. One bed was no got good n needed replacement, you sink in one side of bed. Other that room was good. Still give a 4 star out 5.

4.2

Mediocre

Anonymous, Oct 2018

Pros (+) The front desk efficiency. We arrived on a Friday as peak time, there were long lines to check in and the time that took us from start to finish was very reasonable.

Cons (-) Rooms were dirty, dusty, stained. The hotel it’s very dated and poorly maintained; buffet was a joke! Barely any stations and the food was horrible! We thought we were staying in one of the best hotels in laughing, and we were completely wrong. Won’t go back, that’s for sure.

Pros (+) clean and spacious. just what we asked for for very good price. It has easy access to other casinos along the river as well.

Cons (-) thin walls. could hear neighbors and cars in parking garage.
