Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and the Las Vegas Strip. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with smooth check-in and shuttle services noted as positives. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning unclean bathrooms, rooms, and bedding. Some also reported noise from adjacent rooms and discomfort with beds or pillows. While amenities and room size received some positive mentions, service experiences varied, and a few guests faced issues with charges or shuttle arrangements. Overall, the location and staff stood out as highlights.

Wonderful
Anonymous, Sept 2018
Pros (+) Breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were awesome and very polite/eager to help.
Cons (-) The lady driving the shuttle to the Strip was very rude (both times I had the chance to ride with her). Didn’t help me with my suitcases and got mad/raised her voice at me when I asked if it was the right shuttle. I would definitely give a 5 start rating if it wasn’t for her.

Pros (+) Enjoyed the scrambled eggs, buffalo-chicken wrap and the grilled salmon was particularly good. Courteous staff at breakfast, at bar, and FD, and the room was comfy room too.
Cons (-) If I would change anything, would be nice to be able to buy a bottle of beer from the front-desk area. Elevator is a tad slow too, but was still a 5-star stay for me.
