Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms, making it ideal for families and those seeking easy access to attractions. However, several reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and subpar hygiene standards. Many guests were also disappointed by unavailable amenities like the pool, spa, and elevators, as well as inconsistent service from staff. While some found the service friendly and accommodating, others experienced poor customer service and reservation issues. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and room size, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and amenities.
