Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions and amenities. Some reviewers also mentioned friendly or helpful staff, particularly at the front desk and during breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, stained linens, musty smells, and worn carpets. The pool was frequently reported as out of service, disappointing guests who expected to use it. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others criticizing limited options or poor quality. Overall, while the location and occasional good service stood out, maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.

I was pretty let down by this hotel, especially since it's associated with the Wyndham brand. Overall, the hotel didn't feel very clean, and the amenities were lacking. Our room only had a tiny sliver of bar soap at the sink and no body wash in the shower. There was shampoo and conditioner, so I ended up having to use shampoo as body wash. The biggest issue was the lack of communication at check-i...

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Stained carpets that had a musty smell. Leaky fixture in the shower/tub. This hotel needs to be closed down and remodeled. At the very least and they need to paint the entire place, new carpets, updated fixtures and clean the place top to bottom. Baymont by Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves. I checked out of the hotel a day early after pre-pay...

Very good
Rion, Apr 2023
Hotel is one of the few in LV that does not smell of cigarettes, which is nice. Facilities are old and dated. Room was clean, beds were fine. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, but they were out of eggs by 7:40am :-/. Pretty good value.

The room was unsanitary, with food left in the fridge, used towels in the bathroom, stains on the floor, stains all over the pull out bed/couch, crumbs all over the bed and around the couch. Cigarette burns on the curtains and a broken ceiling light. The worst condition I have ever experienced in all my hotel stays in Las Vegas. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros (+) I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Very helpful staff. On the other hand the carpet in the rooms was gross. The fridge didn’t work right. The ac was falling apart. Lastly there was a meeting room right across the hall from us that had some sort of function until 9pm. We were traveling with three small children and it made it dodgy to get them to sleep.
Cons (-) Cleanliness of rooms. General room maintenance. Not allowing meetings past 8pm.

Pros (+) Beds were clean and comfortable, showers worked well.
Cons (-) Hallways always smelled like weed, housekeeping must be requested prior to noon or no housekeeping will visit.

Pros (+) The price was very affordable
Cons (-) The hotel was dirty. Exterior trash cans were overflowing. Hallways needed to be vacuumed.

Cons (-) Room was not cleaned in 2 days. I had to ask twice to get it cleaned. The staff tried to give me a mattress pad to use in place of an extra blanket on the bed. When I asked again for a blanket, they argued that a mattress pad was what they used. Food was mediocre. Location was good. I wouldn't stay there again.

Pros (+) Microwave and Refrigerator in the room.
Cons (-) No tissues. Small room. I had my Do not disturb sign on door until 10, missed Cleaning.
