Worst experience. Arrived at hotel at 12:00 midnight and the were 40 people in line. The staff walked off and did not check anyone in. After an hour of waiting with the line never moving, had to go to another hotel. Never again.

VALARI, Feb 2023
Hotel is centrally located, very clean, and rooms as spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was aware of the resort fee, but there is also a daily incidental charge, and I feel the resort fee is too high for this property, as well as the incidental fee. I had a large hold on my bank card.
