Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the rooms adequately clean, but many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Problems with maintenance, such as broken appliances, noisy air conditioners, and outdated furnishings, were also common. While a few guests felt the hotel offered good value, others were dissatisfied with deposit policies and price discrepancies. Overall, positives centered on location and occasional good service, but cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns.
