Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complained about poor cleanliness and unprofessional service, with many citing dirty rooms, unhelpful or absent staff, and safety concerns. However, some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and felt the hotel provided good value for the price, especially for short stays or as a budget option. The location was mentioned as convenient by a few, but overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives.
