Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which was convenient for events and city attractions. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some appreciating renovated spaces and amenities. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff and housekeeping issues. Hotel not ready for three staying in the room. No cookies were ever offered. A random food charge was erroneously assigned to our account. The indoor pool was closed for construction.
