Cons (-) Very terse route manager upon check-in when I asked how to get to my room ... Her response was, “you go to the elevator and press the button for 2” She obviously hates her job I am a gold elite Hilton honors and Hilton Grand Vacation Club owner for 10 years and have never been treated with such disregard
