Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's location, with several reviews mentioning its proximity to key sites and convenience for travel. However, there are significant concerns about service and cleanliness. Many guests report poor maintenance, unfriendly or unhelpful staff, lack of cleaning, and unresolved issues during their stay. Cleanliness is a recurring problem, with mentions of pests, dirty rooms, and old facilities. While a few guests found the staff friendly and helpful, the overall sentiment is that service and cleanliness fall short of expectations.
