Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were also highlighted in many reviews, with several guests mentioning positive experiences at check-in and during their stay. However, the breakfast was frequently criticized for its limited variety and quality, with many guests expecting more options. Cleanliness and room conditions received mixed feedback, with some noting well-kept rooms and others pointing out areas needing improvement. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its prime location and welcoming service, though breakfast and some facilities could be enhanced.
