Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. Many appreciate the proximity to the airport and the overall cleanliness of the environment. However, there are repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, non-functional gym equipment, occasional issues with air conditioning, and shortages of amenities like towels and toiletries. Some guests also felt the value for price could be improved and noted discrepancies between room photos and reality. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly service and location, stand out.
