Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and poor maintenance. Service is another area with mixed feedback; while some staff are described as friendly and helpful, others are noted as rude or unprofessional. Overall, the positives are the location, room size, and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
