Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's scenic views and comfortable beds as highlights. However, there are consistent complaints about the bathrooms, including lack of hot water, cleanliness issues, and poor maintenance. Service is mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report inattentiveness or language barriers. The location is noted as being on a steep hill, which can be inconvenient, but offers good views. Cleanliness is inconsistent, with both positive and negative remarks.
