Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and attentive service, central and scenic location, and quality breakfast options, with several mentioning the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Many appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests note issues with small room sizes, occasional unpleasant odors, and that the breakfast could be improved with more local products. Parking and spa access also received some negative comments, but overall, the positive aspects, especially the staff and location, stand out.
