Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as its convenient location near the port and city center. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with noise, lack of soundproofing, and cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs and unpleasant odors. The absence of an elevator and the building's aging condition were also frequently mentioned as drawbacks. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like air conditioning, overall satisfaction was mixed due to these recurring problems.
