Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, beach, and natural surroundings, highlighting easy access to the sea, beautiful palm-shaded areas, and enjoyable activities. However, many reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly, and noting issues with attention at restaurants and bars. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, public areas, and dining facilities. While some guests enjoyed the food and restaurant variety, others found the buffet repetitive and the quality of drinks lacking. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting but needs improvement in service and cleanliness.
