Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beachfront location and beautiful surroundings, with many highlighting the easy beach access and pleasant outdoor areas. However, there are widespread complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff, issues with restaurant reservations, and lack of responsiveness to guest needs. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, insects, and insufficient housekeeping. Many guests are dissatisfied with the food quality and variety, and several mention that the hotel does not offer good value for the price paid, citing high costs and underwhelming experiences. Overall, while the setting is appreciated, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and food quality.

Had I known what all inclusive meant ahead of time at Viva Wyndham, I would've gone elsewhere. The ride from t...
