Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Many reviewers highlight the cleanliness and charm of the rooms, with several mentioning the hotel's unique historic character. While breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it average or repetitive, the overall atmosphere and comfort are appreciated. However, a notable downside is noise, especially in rooms facing busy streets or common areas, which affects sleep quality for some guests.
