Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, pool facilities, and breakfast offerings. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, mold, and dated furnishings. Service was also a frequent concern, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff, check-in problems, and housekeeping oversights. While some guests found the property well-kept and accessible, negative experiences with cleanliness and staff interactions were common.

Pros (+) The staff were all very nice. We had an issue with our check in but the front desk took care of us. Also, the cleaning service was helpful with my grandparents 100 requests for extra pillows and towels.
Cons (-) The hotel itself needs a lot of updating. The mold on the shower curtains makes the hotel a 0 star in my opinion.
