Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's pools, describing them as beautiful, relaxing, and a highlight of their stay. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly staff and poor customer attention. Value for money was a common concern, with multiple reviewers mentioning high prices for food, drinks, and amenities, and feeling the experience did not match the cost. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it mediocre or lacking variety. Overall, while the pools and cleanliness stood out as positives, service and value were significant drawbacks for many guests.

Pros (+) The included buffet was amazing! Excellent food; probably the best I’ve had in a long time at a hotel in Costa Rica over my travels across the Costa Rica pacific, northern and Caribbean coast! The many spa pools and even the slides were incredible!!!

Cons (-) Only if the hotel room had a view of the volcano, I would have scored it a 10.5 out of a 10!
