Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to attractions, public transport, and local amenities. Cleanliness is also frequently praised, with several guests noting that rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Many reviews mention comfortable beds, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there are repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning, accessibility issues (especially for those with disabilities or heavy luggage), and inconsistent service, particularly with self check-in and staff availability. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as location and cleanliness stand out for most guests.
