Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's spa and wellness facilities, describing them as modern, extensive, and relaxing. Many also appreciate the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the amenities. However, several reviews mention that the rooms and some areas of the hotel feel outdated, and there are mixed experiences with service, ranging from friendly and helpful to impersonal or unprofessional. Breakfast and dining receive both positive and negative remarks, with some guests enjoying the food and others finding it lacking. Ongoing renovations and lack of air conditioning are common complaints, but the location and wellness offerings remain standout features.
