Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location for sightseeing and tourism. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and lack of fresh towels. Service was also a common concern, with several guests reporting absent or hard-to-contact staff, self-service check-in, and poor communication. Noise levels were problematic for some, with thin walls and disruptive neighbors. Breakfast offerings were limited and sometimes disappointing. Overall, while the location was a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
