Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location and helpful, friendly staff, with many appreciating its proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, several reviews mentioned dissatisfaction with the breakfast, citing limited variety and poor quality. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of unclean bathrooms and rooms.
