The staff receives positive remarks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and quick response to guest needs. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, with several guests noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, many reviews mention that the rooms are quite small, and parking is limited and sometimes difficult to access.
