Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Many also appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about the service, with several guests describing staff as unprofessional, unhelpful, or difficult to communicate with due to language barriers. Cleanliness is another concern, with some guests reporting issues such as unpleasant odors, insufficient cleaning, and maintenance problems. Bed comfort is also criticized, with some describing the beds as very hard. Overall, while the location and room size are strong positives, service and cleanliness need improvement.
