Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near restaurants and attractions, and good value for the price. Many appreciate the substantial breakfast and local touches in the hotel decor. However, some guests report issues with cleanliness, outdated furniture, noise, and maintenance problems such as non-functioning water heaters and slow Wi-Fi. Overall, the hotel is seen as a solid budget option with notable strengths in service and location, though improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
