Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several individuals like Mahadi, Miraz, and Dishen receiving special mention for their outstanding service. The hotel's location was also highlighted as convenient and strategic by many reviewers. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, including issues with dirty rooms, pests, and poor bathroom maintenance. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and noise from the street or within the hotel was a common concern. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and soundproofing are needed.
