Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and enjoyable breakfast options. However, several reviews highlight significant concerns with service, including staff responsiveness and handling of guest issues. Cleanliness is another area of concern, with multiple mentions of musty linens, dust, and drainage odors. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there were complaints about room maintenance and amenities. While some staff are described as friendly, the overall service and room standards did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel.

The bathroom was sparkling and the shower was perfect. Turn-down service was nice a nice touch. Housekeeping deserves special mention. Housekeeping staff were responsive, pleasant and professional and went out of their way...
Cons (-) It was always difficult to contact room service. Invariably the call was transferred to the front desk who then transferred me back to room services. I thought the in-room dining was excellent once they finally were able to my orders. But there was no way to tip them. The final bill showed a space for tip %. When i asked the front desk who benefited from the grand total tip, I was told it went to ...
