Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s excellent location in the heart of Chinatown, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. The staff, especially individuals like Karen and Hassan, are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Many reviewers found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for money. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several mentions of pests, dirty linens, and bathrooms needing more attention. Noise levels vary, with some guests noting quiet rooms despite the busy area, while others mention noise from corridors or the market. Overall, the hotel’s prime location and welcoming staff are its standout features, though improvements in cleanliness would enhance the guest experience.
