Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shopping malls and public transport, and some appreciated the clean, newly renovated rooms. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of bathrooms and rooms, frequent parking difficulties, and noise from the main road or other guests. Service was mixed, with some helpful staff but also complaints about unreturned deposits and unfulfilled requests. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, parking, and soundproofing.
