Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation, shopping, and dining. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness issues such as stained linens, pests, and poorly maintained bathrooms are frequently mentioned.
