Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complained about the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom conditions. Many also found the service lacking, mentioning unhelpful staff and issues with room maintenance. Bed comfort was another common concern, with several guests describing uncomfortable or makeshift beds. However, some positives were noted, particularly the pool, which several guests enjoyed, and the breakfast, which was generally appreciated for its variety and quality. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and some enjoyable amenities, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.
