Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional service, with many highlighting the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Cleanliness is consistently noted as a strong point, with rooms and facilities kept spotless. The breakfast receives high marks for its quality and variety, though a few guests mention a desire for more options. The pools, including an Olympic-sized one, are a standout feature and add to the overall positive experience. Some minor criticisms include issues with breakfast variety, extra charges for certain amenities, and the lack of a kids club, but these do not overshadow the hotel's many strengths.
