Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing unprofessional and rude staff, poor service, and lack of cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. While the hotel's location was appreciated for its convenience, especially being in the city center, the overall experience was let down by dirty rooms, stained linens, and unhelpful staff. A few guests mentioned good value for money and peaceful stays, but these were overshadowed by the negative aspects.
