Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the airport and its good value for the price, making it a convenient choice for transit stays. While some guests found the rooms clean and the staff friendly, there are frequent complaints about malfunctioning air conditioning, lack of TV channels, and outdated facilities. Service and cleanliness receive mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several negative experiences. Overall, the hotel is suitable for short stays, especially for travelers prioritizing proximity to the airport and affordability.

Pros (+) The price and the location were convenient, although it's not in the nicest or most scenic corner of Tanjung Aru. The staff were nice and helpful, and offered an airport shuttle.
Cons (-) The whole place is in need of updating. No elevator; rooms are stuffy, dingy, and cramped; there is no soundproofing, so you hear every plane arriving and departing KK airport.
