Guests say
Guests highlighted the hotel's central and convenient location, especially its proximity to Pasar Siti Khadijah and Chinatown. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests praising well-maintained rooms, while others noted issues such as mold, yellow bedsheets, and moderate cleanliness. Service was also mixed, with some guests commending hospitality and management, but others reporting problems with room allocation, staff responsiveness, and amenities. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.
