The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting memorable service. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with rooms described as spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was appreciated by many, with some calling it superb. However, many guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small, and a few mentioned noise issues and that the hotel was overpriced for the size of the accommodations.
