Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's service, frequently praising the friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff, with special mentions for individuals like Buse and Haci. The breakfast was repeatedly described as varied, delicious, and plentiful. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Spacious rooms and a convenient location also contributed to positive experiences. However, a few negative reviews mentioned issues with room maintenance, noise insulation, staff language skills, and management responsiveness, but these were outweighed by the many positive comments.
