Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the enjoyable pool facilities and water slides, which were especially appreciated by families and children. However, many reviews noted significant issues with cleanliness, including poorly cleaned rooms and public areas. The quality and variety of food, particularly breakfast, often did not meet expectations, with some guests describing it as repetitive or lacking in options. While the pools and entertainment were highlights, some guests found the rooms small or cramped, and several mentioned problems with room maintenance and amenities. Overall, the hotel was seen as offering good service and fun activities, but cleanliness and food quality need improvement.
