Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location for its convenience to beaches, attractions, and local amenities, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff, poor communication, and problems with check-in procedures. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests reporting dirty carpets, towels, and overall lack of housekeeping. While some guests found the accommodations comfortable and well-equipped, others felt that maintenance and updates were needed. Overall, the positives centered on location and room size, but service and cleanliness require improvement.

Pros (+) The location was great and the surrounding grounds fantastic. The beech was a short walk, the grounds were pleasant and the whole area was beautiful. We had a great time there. We arrived early and while early check-in wasn't possible, the staff was really friendly and helpful -- supplying beech towels and storing our food that needed to be refrigerated.
Cons (-) The unit was a bit flawed. The carpets are very worn and the supplied kitchen supplies minimal.
