Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal a mixed experience at the hotel. Many guests praised the convenient location, especially for business travelers and those visiting Salt Lake. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff, booking issues, and privacy concerns. Cleanliness was another major issue, with reports of dirty rooms, mold, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Room size and arrangements, such as uncomfortable beds or small rooms, also disappointed some guests. Breakfast and food quality received negative feedback as well. Despite some positive comments about staff politeness and amenities, the negatives outweighed the positives for most guests.
