Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spaciousness and luxury of the rooms, as well as the impressive amenities and overall grandeur of the property. However, service was a frequent point of criticism, with several guests experiencing slow, unresponsive, or even rude staff, and issues with check-in, check-out, and in-room dining. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the variety and quality, while others found it crowded or poorly managed. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory but not outstanding, with a few isolated complaints. Overall, while the hotel’s facilities and rooms are highly regarded, improvements in service and breakfast management are needed.
