Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. Many reviews mention positive experiences with service, food quality, and overall comfort. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the small room sizes, value for price, and some maintenance issues such as non-functioning AC and lack of basic amenities. Cleanliness and service are consistent highlights, though some guests felt the rooms did not match the pictures or expectations for a three-star property.
